1. University residences   FULLY BOOKED
University residences are run by EDISU Piemonte, which offers a variety of cheap accommodations in different areas of the city.
There are direct bus connections between Residences and the ESEB 2009 venue. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, a refrigerator, internet connection and a phone for entrance calls. No air conditioning.
Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Priority will be given to students, PhDs, Post-docs, Scientific Academy and University staff.
Notice that it is not possible to book the University Residences for less than a 6 night period. University residences will be assigned according to the final decision of the EDISU.

Fees for a 6 night period
Single room: 196 €
Two bed room:140 € per bed.
For each bed fees include breakfast, bed linen and bath towels without midweek change. In case of double rooms, please note that requesting one bed only, you will share the room with somebody else (same sex) with no possibility to choose your room mate.

How to make your reservation
1. Only ESEB members already registered at the 12th ESEB congress can have access to the University Residence accommodation. Therefore before filling the reservation form check your ESEB membership and your registration to 12th ESEB Congress.
2. To download your reservation form click here. Please carefully fill in the form with your personal information and send it by e-mail to accommodation.eseb2009@eds.unito.it.
3. EDISU service will send you a confirmation of your booking by e-mail. Please pay off your dues only after having received confirmation of your booking by EDISU and within July 15th 2009.

Open011 is a facility located few minutes from the railway station Borgo Dora and easily connected to the other two railway stations of Turin (Porta Nuova (busses N° 11 or 52) and Porta Susa ( bus N° 10N)) and directly by train to the airport of Torino Caselle.
Open011 is all-day opening; the only restriction concerns the check-in (from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.) and the check-out (by 10 a.m. of the leaving day).
All rooms have private bath and toilet, as well as shower, air conditioning and heating system; they are furnished with a maximum capacity up to 4 persons in the same room. Rooms furnished for handicapped persons are also available.
Additionally, Open011 has many areas at your disposal: a bar where you can have coffee, beer, wine and soft drinks; a TV-DVD room, an internet and Wi-Fi connection point, a reading room and a big garden.

Bed in a two bed room: 22€
Bed in a 3/4 bed room: 17.50 €
For each person, fees include breakfast, bed linen and daily cleaning. Bath towels can be hired at the cost of 2.50 €.

Camplus Lingotto is located in the Shopping center Centro Polifunzionale Lingotto which is 30’ (by bus) distant from the ESEB 2009 venue. All rooms have air conditioning, phone, internet connection, TV, refrigerator and bath. Wireless connection is also available in the lobby.

Twin Room : 45 € per person (two persons: 90 €)
Junior Suite Twin Room: 60 € per person (two persons: 120 €)
