REGISTRATION FEES (Prices in Euros, VAT 20% included)

Fees for ESEB members, non members and students include: bag with congress documentation, coffees and pocket lunches according to program and the welcome reception on August 24th.
Accompanying person's fee includes welcome reception on August 24th and Turin Orientation Tour on August 25th.

Please note that the maximum number of delegates is 1200. As far as dinner on August 29th is concerned, space is limited and reservations will be accepted upon availability.

For inclusion in the proceeding volume to be distributed at the congress, abstracts must be covered by registration and payment, all of which to be received by the Congress Secretariat by February 15th, 2009 at the latest.
Please note that abstract submission is subject to previous payment.
Each registration entitles to the submission of one abstract.

REGISTRATION FEE WAIVERS
ESEB has set aside funds to cover up to 50 registration fee waivers to applicants from developing countries and Eastern Europe. These includes Africa, some countries in Asia, South and Central America, Russia and other former members of the Soviet Union, and new members of the EU.
The applicant must be presenting author of a contribution (oral or poster presentation).
Authors wishing to be considered for this support should download this application form and send it to the Congress Organisers (eseb2009@unito.it) by January 20th, 2009 (NEW AND FINAL DEADLINE). A reference letter will be highly appreciated.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from the Congress Secretariat in a reasonable time, please send an e-mail to registration@eseb2009.it.

CHANGE OF DELEGATE
Substitutions of attendees can be made for a cost of € 30,00 vat included. Please inform the congress secretariat writing in the name of substitute by August 1st, 2009.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made by writing to the Congress Secretariat, ACTA. In case registration is cancelled before April 15th, 2009 an administrative fee of € 90,00 will be deducted and the rest of the registration fee refunded. Cancellations received after April 15th, 2009 can not be refunded. All refunds will be made after the Congress.

If for any reason beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
